Being that it is Halloween week I have been getting my fill of the safe scares of Scooby-Doo. I have been watching the first season of Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated on Netflix. Which I can easily say is the best version of the great dane that I have ever seen. Definitely check it out.
An upcoming comic book series has just been announced Scooby-Doo Team-Up. The first issues features Batman, Robin and Ace the Bat-Hound (fitting since the caped crusader is the only guest star on The New Scooby Movies who has any sort of relevance, as much as I love Don Knotts and Mama Cass). Here is a list of potential Warner Bros. franchises that Mystery, Inc. could team-up with.
10. The Matrix
Shaggy starts to notice that something is not right in the world and starts to doubt reality itself. Do you want to take the red Scooby Snack? Or the blue Scooby Snack?
9. Hong Kong Phooey
Just edged out Secret Squirrel for this slot. Another incompetent crime fighting dog who ends up assisting the gang. He would teach Scooby martial arts out of The Hong Kong Book of Kung Fu and the Phooeymobile could even race the Mystery Machine.
8. The Hangover
The Wolf Pack has yet another bad night, but instead of trying to figure it out on their own they hire the professional assistances of Mystery Inc.
7. The Wizard of Oz
When a mysterious wizard shows up in Emerald City Mystery Inc. investigates to see if this is an actual wizard or just a man behind a curtain.
6. The Departed
Things get complicated in Boston and it takes some meddling kids to uncover all the rats. Things don't turn out well for Fred though...
5. Teen Titans
After successfully teaming up with Robin he brings in Mystery Inc. to assist his teenage team to figure out the identity of Red X.
4. Gossamer
The Mystery Machine breaks down outside of a scary house. Who would have known that this one has an actual monster inside?
3. Powerpuff Girls
The Mystery Machine breaks down in Townsville where the gang keeps meddling with the various villains and have to be continuously saved by the Powerpuff Girls.
2. Sherlock Holmes
Upon working with the world's greatest detective Shaggy and Scooby question their relationship after noticing the chemistry of Holmes and Watson.
1. Jonny Quest
How has this not happened yet? Scooby and Bandit, Velma and Benton Quest, Fred and Race, Flim Flam and Hadji. The team-up practically writes itself.
