Disney FSF- Part of Disney Online Streaming

I love science fiction and fantasy, but I never watch the network dedicated specifically to those genres because it is more dedicated to cheap movies and knock-off reality series than the entertainment that got the viewers' imaginations' going.  This is the network for more accessible genre based entertainment.

Cartoons will certainly make up for a bulk of the series on this online network.  The main four include: Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes, Gargoyles and Tron: Uprising.  The network includes more older and outdated animation such as Droids, Ewoks, X-Men: The Animated Series, Spider-Man: The Animated Series, Darkwing Duck and Aladdin.  As well as more modern cartoons such as Buzz Lightyear of Star Command, Kim Possible and Motorcity.

Of course live-action series will definitely have a presence on the network, such as the classic Tomorrowland episodes of Disneyland.  Other series to air will be Honey, I Shrunk the Kids: The TV Series, So Weird and Phil of the Future.  Also available will be series for older audiences such as Legend of the Seeker and a few of the initial episodes of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

There will be plenty of movies to air on the network.  Following the lead of Sci-Fi channels on television, corny outdated sci-fi movies will be a plenty.  Such as the ones aired on Disney Sunday Movie in the eighties such as Fuzzbucket, I-Man, Mr. Boogedy and Earth*Star Voyager.  Several Disney Channel Original movies such as Not Quite Human, Zenon, Stepsister from Planet Weird, The Thirteenth Year and Pixel Perfect will also make the cut.

As for blockbusters there are plenty to chose from.  Including classics: 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, Darby O'Gill and the Little People and the Witch Mountain series.  Sci-Fi movies that failed to initially find an audience will find new life here.  Features such as Island at the Top of the World, The Black Hole, Tron, Something Wicked this Way Comes and Flight of the Navigator.  Other movies include Honey, I Shrunk the Kids, Dick Tracy, Spaced Invaders and the recent John Carter.

Other features included in the network's vast library will be various animated cult classics such as The Black Cauldron, Atlantis: The Lost Empire and Treasure Planet.  The lesser known Star Wars spin-offs known as The Ewok Adventure: Caravan of Courage and Battle for Endor will also be made available.  As well as a few of Marvel's animated features such as Next Avengers: Heroes of Tomorrow and Hulk Vs.

Disney Family Classics- Part of Disney Online Streaming

Naturally, any Disney based network of mine will include an output for classic entertainment.  As far as series go the cornerstone will be the oft-forgotten animated shorts which would be packaged together under the name Mickey's Toontown.  Other series available on this classic network will be The Muppet Show, Zorro, Mickey Mouse Club and the television series that started it all Disneyland.

Other series will include the three cartoons that started Disney's television animation boom: Adventures of the Gummi Bears, DuckTales and Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers.  This network will also be the home of the award winning Disney Channel original Avonlea which deserves to be reintroduced to family audiences.  Also available will be highlights from the classic ABC series Wide World of Sports which should satisfy the need of any lifelong sports fan in the family.

Marvel Comics will be well represented on this network with their early efforts to introduce the public to their now legendary characters.  The Marvel line-up will start with The Marvel Super Heroes (featuring Captain America, Iron Man, Thor, Hulk and Namor), Spider-Man (featuring the classic theme song from 1967),  the enduring Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends and The Incredible Hulk (from 1982).

There will be plenty of movies available on Disney Family Classics including such all time classic features such as Old Yeller, Swiss Family Robinson and Pollyanna.  There many would be musicals such as Summer Magic, The Happiest Millionaire and the One and Only Original Genuine Family Band. As well as adventures such as Treasure Island, Kidnapped and the Fighting Prince of Donegal.  The available movies include lesser known animated features such as Fun and Fancy Free as well more modern classics like The Straight Story.  The network will make many movies such as Smith!, The Computer Wore Tennis Shoe, Barefoot Executive, Never Cry Wolf, The Journey of Natty Gann and Wild Hearts Can't Be Broken available to the public.
